Lovely recipe...to retain the crunch of the Veggies the cooking process with the gravy needs to be done faster I understand, but this way all the bhindi might taste undercooked at the end, better to fry the bhindis separately until they're done upto 70%, then to add them into the gravy.

Great recipe, but I am a little sad that YFL changed their video making style. Earlier it used to be no BS and only recipe with ingredients and portions explained in text. Now it is like any other food channel where the chef keep on saying the same thing again and again. We can see it dude, no need to elongate the video by twice or thrice the time just by explaining what we can already see. I miss those earlier YFL videos. Hope that straight forward style comes back again.

One of the biggest mistake I made whole cooking this was not using soft bhindi. My bhindi was crunchy and did not cook well on high flame.
