What about the family domination in legal profession. First bharst bhushan, his son , his grand son......not allowing others to get chance in legal profession. Most of the legal profession dominated by dynasties, they are getting crores of rupees directly and indirectly. First ban dynasty families in legal profession .

You are mistaken Mr.Bhushan. SC does not give ruling on public opinion.you are conveniently presenting the matter to suit either your agenda or something else. Most of the citizens do not know the judicial process.,and powers of SC. There are others like you recently there were some group doing the same. Why don't you tell people difference between parliementary proceedings and judicial proceedings. As you cite the role of money in politics then its allready a political economy And none can help it. Try to see atleast something good in the happenings in the country. No system is perfect Mr.Bhushan. And wonderful actions ordered by Former CJI., SC justices are far more compassionate, knowledgeable and wise in the matters of the Courts and Also necessity of Evolution of judicial process as the Society evolves,an observation of former CJI. You also start evolving. Dry discussions ,most of time criticism does not contribute to any good in the country.

Both are good and both were good . Chandrachoodji protected the people' s interest and human values many a times .He has got lot of perseverance .He always loved amicable solution . He never tried to dig out the past and many a times he informed the govt their wrong doing . In those times either xx made plans to trap him or publically shouting to make him resign the job and take rest before his retirement date . Khanna ji is strict from day one onwards and his benifit is he could learn from chandrachoodji's experience ,how he should be in his work culture .Maygod blesshim to coninue his outstanding efforts to the people as per the law
