瓦煲鸡饭
材料：香米4杯、鸡下庄2个切块、腊肠1串(2条)、姜20克、青葱3棵切葱花、梅香咸鱼2块
腌鸡肉：鸡下庄2个切块、黑酱油1汤匙半、酱油1汤匙半、麻油1/2汤匙、糖2茶匙、料酒1汤匙、胡椒粉1/2茶匙、姜蓉2汤匙、马铃薯粉1汤匙、葱头香油2汤匙，建议腌一小时以上为佳
调味料：黑酱油3汤匙、酱油1汤匙、糖1汤匙半、料酒1汤匙、麻油1汤匙、胡椒粉1/2茶匙、葱头香油3汤匙
做法：
1。腊肠和梅香咸鱼放入蒸笼蒸20分钟，取出腊肠去皮切片备用
2。4杯香米洗净加入4杯水放入瓦煲里煮
