I recommend to add 1 or 2 drops of peppermint oil to it, which has beneficial effects for hair growth as well... then shake the bottle before you use. It helps against the smell of the apple cider vinegar a lot, and gives a fresh feeling overall!

@@targaryen7049 In my country Esent and Avicenna are very good. Also Nanga has very good quality of essential oils in general, tho I didn't try their tea tree. If those are unavailable in your country, then try to find companies with 100% essential oils, even better when they have specified country of origin. If you're not sure, just send an email to company with question about specification. I hope this will help :)

I'd say do the ACV rinse before conditioning if you have low to medium porosity hair, to avoid drying it out, for high porosity, do the ACV rinse after conditioning

When I do my routine, I mix baking soda and water into a paste and apply it to my hair like a relaxer. I use the vinegar to rinse that out and it makes my head feel amazing! After washing and conditioning, I heat up virgin olive oil and cover my hair for a while. Once I do a final rinse, my scalp is clean and I don't have to put extra oils in my hair for a while, even if I straighten it. Thanks for the video! 🙃🙂

+TheStarsDon'tDance for my hair and my daughter's hair it works great! I don't always use the baking soda paste because it gets messy and can take some time. Our hair type is similar to Bianca's but probably more like Cree Summers (before she started wearing it straight). Also, if you make too much paste, you can use it on your face as a detoxifying mask. (You'll need to rinse it with water and a moisturizing facial soap to avoid dry skin)

Retal Saman i used a 20oz spray bottle and filled a quarter of it up with the acv. i also wrap my head with a towel or head wrap for 30 minutes after drenching my hair in it, then wash my hair. i let the shampoo sit in my scalp for a minute or so because the vinegar is pretty strong smell wise. some people use nothing but the acv but i personally like to dilute it some

Products stick to my scalp heavy. So I usually lift the build up first before washing with a comb. After washing and conditioner I use a cotton ball and soak up the apple cider vinegar and rub any white areas on my scalp ( the build up) and then use a another cotton ball with water and dap it on the areas I used the ACV to soak it from my scalp. This works better for me because it is directly the scalp.

Doesn’t absolutely have to be organic lol. What it does is clean any sort of calcium deposits from the hairshaft. (Calcium coming from the hard water) (Calcium is alkaline. Vinegar is acid) The acid washes off the alkaline calcium deposits. Rinse with distilled water. Proceed with styling You’re welcome
@my2cents49
@my2cents49 4 жыл бұрын
It doesn't have to be, but it does help. For some products it doesn't make much difference whether it's organic or not, but ACV is one of the exceptions if you can get it. The "mother" is a major activating component.

I've been using acv rinses instead of conditioner for 6 months now and I went from having to wash hair every 2 days to having a fresh hair of head for up to 7 days. I'm so happy, I hate washing hair and now I have to do it less often, my hair is shiny and I minimized buying extra beauty products for my hair - winning all around! I usually do the rinse after I washed my hair, and just rinse it with water, the smell airs out after an hour or so, so no problem there at all
@Adonya
@Adonya 4 жыл бұрын
1 tsp ACV with 7 oz distilled water has a ph of 4 (safe zone). A 1/4 c of ACV would cause the mixture to remain too acidic, which is no bueno for the scalp. ❤️

I had a very thick hair from birth, but I lost a lot of it while my graduation. I didn't take very good care of it. At a point, it was very thin. Then I realized and started taking care of it. I changed my eating habits, lifestyle, and shampoo, oils, hair conditioners and it worked and helped control my hair fall. I ate more of green veggies and colorful fruits. I exercised 30 minutes day. I used liittleextra coconnionn shampoo, oil, hair conditioner. In last year, I have seen a very good change in my hair. I'm not losing hair anymore.

This is great to do once a month. I have found shampooing my hair every other day using Wen Fig cleansing conditioner has helped my hair and scalp. It is worth it for the price because I don't need a seperate shampoo and conditioner. I can use it everyday and my hair does not get stripped of moisture. Dirt and oil build up on the scalp stops hair growth. Also fungus and yeast can thrive and grow on a dirty scalp. Also once a month use a scalp exfoliator to keep scalp free of buildup. Keeping the scalp clean and healthy is the key to hairgrowth. We are told not to wash our hair and that is so far from the truth. Buy some Wen Fig cleansing conditioner and you won't be disappointed. Make sure to buy the Fig because the regular sweet almond mint is not any good.

If u have thick natural curls an volume . Dont use this shit. Itll make your hair flat dry straight an brittle, DONT USE APPLE CIDER VINEGAR. EVERYBODY SAYS ITS GOOD FOR YOUR HAIR. I have amazing thick natural curly hair. I used Apple Cider vinegar one time, for dandruff and scalp itch and made my hair flat, and thin. It ruined my hair.

NOBODY should’ve pre moisturised your ends. It’s important if you already have naturally dry ass hair.

OMG thanks so much. It worked and my scalp is not itchy and flaky anymore. Also I changed up my hair products and went back to using Pink Oil Moisturizer and hair grease. Those natural hair products dried out my scalp and hair so bad. Also started using Sulfur 8 again.

Sounds like a good plan!!! But I really like the stuff as it's the only product I've used so far that actually tamed my frizzy hair without weighing it down. If you have other suggestions, I'm willing to try.

+BiancaReneeToday She lives in Trinidad (I saw your comment above, hey fellow Trini!), and so do I! And I concur! The Shea Moisture products in our local beauty stores cost around $100TT! Roberta, I'm glad to know that you find it tames your frizz, because these days nothing I try seems to get my hair to stay poof-free cuz of all the humidity! Worse yet in rainy season! But I haven't yet tried the Shea Moisture products because of that exorbitant price tag!

+sukafoluv19 hi hi, yep girl it's expensiveeeeee but I invest because it does help. only thing is we don't get all the lines, the cheapest place is Pennywise. let me know what you think when you try it ok.
