Recently there is this chinese restaurant in Paris where I have been enjoying Biang Biang noodles. It's a wide and very long noodle. To be honest I thought the ones I tried were too wide and too thick. So I made my own, please try them out!

Ingredients (for 1 to 2 people) :
- 200g all purpose flour
- 110ml lukewarm water
- 2g fine salt
For the sauce and topping (for each single serve) :
- 1 to 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp chinese chinkiang black vinegar
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 to 2 garlic cloves
- a little bit of chili flakes
- 100g ground pork
- 1/4 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp tienmienjan
