+kayce m. You find the truth. I made lots of fresh noodles at home, either with egg or without egg. Sometimes, I even add vegetable juice in the noodle dough.

Are these the same noodles you'd find at a Mongolian Grill or in other Asian restaurants? I'm addicted to those noodles and I'd love to make my own.

If you want to make noodles you can use this recipe but it is so much easier if you use a pasta machine to make the noodles. They are not very expensive and I can tell you how to use it once you have one. It is very time consuming and labour intensive to roll the dough and cut it all by hand.

How long do i boil these noodles for?
@donovanphipps7774 жыл бұрын
Drop the noodles into rolling boiling water thats unsalted with a little oil in. You can boil it for 3min or if you dont feel like watching the time it is okay to boil it until you see the foam frothing to the surface of the noodles. Then drain the noodles in a colander and immediately rinse with cold water until the noodles are cool. Then shake off the excess water and put the noodles in a large bowl with a little oil at the bottom. Toss the noodles to coat the noodles with the oil and help to dry any water that remains. Good luck :)

can I use whole wheat flour for making noodles? can the noodles be dried and stored for few months?
@donovanphipps7774 жыл бұрын
whole wheat flour will have bits that are too course. All purpose flour with a high gluten content will be perfect. You can dry and store the noodles but I have never done that. They are best eaten fresh.
@adaliu70894 жыл бұрын
