what happened to Ib when Vbe decrease ????? if we see the graph then ....Vbe(↑)↦Ib(↑), but if we see the equation of Ib in biasing circuit then .....Vbe(↑)↦Ib(↓) which one is right and why??

As temp.increases then vbe decreases as a result there will be a change in collector current....And finally its a constant but varius with temperature

for every 10°c rise in temp.,reverse saturation current doubles right..., here we have a short cut to remember, by what factor I(cbo) increases is ¶¶ n×10°c = 2^n{I(cbo)} ¶¶ Ex: for 50°c rise in temp.,reverse saturation current(r.s current) incresed to 32 times of r.s current i.e: 50°c÷10°c = 5 n= 5 then 2^5 =32 Similarly for every 1°c rise in temperature input voltage decreses by 2.5mV i.e: ¶¶ n×1°c = n×2.5mV ¶¶ decrement in i/p voltage.,

How input voltage decreases with increase in temperature?
@akibjawed5076
@akibjawed5076 4 жыл бұрын
The semiconductor device has a negative coefficient of temp. which means that with the increase in temp. the resistance decrease and the decrease in resistance cause an increase in current and increase in current cause voltage to decrease for constant power input.
