Why do we use hybrid parameter models while describing the working of a transistor? a) Ease of use b) Characterize bipolar transistors c) Acts as a switch d) Makes no difference

not sure if this answers your question, but since the 2 equations have 2 parameters, 1st equation could be thought of as voltage divider rule where V1 is taken by 2 voltage loses, one has an I suggesting it's a resistance, the other has a V suggesting it's a voltage source having +ve upwards, same idea with the 2nd equation with current

In two port networks while making equation you took V1 and I2 as dependent variable, will the equation will be same if I took them as independent. That was the only doubt for me. You did very good job. Thanks and blessing to you.
