Bibimguksu (Korean cold mixed noodles) is the perfect quick and easy summer meal. You can literally whip up the sauce while you wait for the water to come to a boil to cook the noodles. All you need is some cucumbers to top it off with and you've got the best 10-minute easy Korean mixed noodles.
This spicy sauce has the perfect balance of spiciness, sweetness, and tanginess. The non-spicy version is also perfectly balanced with the sweet and salty flavour combination of the soy sauce and sugar. I love that both of these recipes are not overly sweet like many other recipes out there on the internet. Both of these recipes will become a staple in your Korean cooking.

I made the spicy for lunch and it was very delicious. I will be making the non-spicy for my hubby for dinner tonight. I’ll let you know what he says, thanks again for sharing. Very simple and quick to make.

Wow! I am so going to make this! Btw, I made yr focaccia bread recipe.it was all worth it although take longer time, always believe there is a reason for those steps! Hope u can come out with some sweet tart with tea series pastry filling w/o heavy coconut taste. Thank u for taking our comments seriously! 🌹

May I know if the gochujang is allium free? It seems like most gochujang sold in the market contain garlic/onion. Love your channel btw! Finally a vegetarian channel without garlic & onions! ❤️❤️❤️

Spice tolerance is subjective, but I've made the spicy version with kimchi and it was just enough heat. I'd say it's 1/4 the spice of the buldak noodles if you had them before.

@@NS-nc5go yeah but since I had ch0k1ng phobia so spicy foods aren't for me anymore and it's hard to chewing properly if you eat spicy food when you carefully chewing food to avoid ch0k1ng
