Sad to say that a few years ago, my son, a faithful Pastor, had to leave his church as his elders were demanding that he 'tone down' the gospel teaching and to actually avoid talking about certain parts of the bible, in order to not offend newcomers. He refused of course, and left that church. God has done a great work in his life since then.

Wow!!!,,,that is truly sad, but today so many churches are "Seeker friendly". I say, what??,,,not giving someone the entire gospel is robbing them of true riches!! I say, preach the entirety of the Word and allow the Holy Spirit to convict and change a life. My church is a Calvary Chapel and our Pastor preaches line by line verse by verse, it's powerful hearing the unedited Word of God. God bless your son!!

How so??? By LEADING a ministry.. she's in direct violation of the bible. "But I suffer not a woman to teach, nor take authority over the man, but to be in silence"... Women are not to be pastors... the bible is clear. I'm not saying she's a heretic.. or that shes not saved or anything.. but she is certainly taking authority to her self that is OUTSIDE the will and word of God and the rules set down for us... as to who should and should not be in authority in the church.

@@Frankenberry Oh, I accept it, but I also consider the place, the culture, the context. The Gospel was very liberating for women of that time. In Jewish culture they were considered possessions. Which was not God's intention or design. A woman was bound by law to her husband's authority. I don't actually listen to women preachers, but I do listen to teachers (consider Priscilla and Aquila instructing Apollo) and prophetesses. Paul had zero problem with either of those. He actually chastised the men of the church in one of his letters on women prophesying "What? came the word of God out from you? or it came unto you only?" I am not disputing what Paul said, I am taking into account context and culture. Galatian 3:28 “There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave nor free man, there is neither male nor female; for you are all one in Christ Jesus.” I hope God blesses you greatly, brother. I have enjoyed the discussion. There is no animosity at all. We are all one in Christ.

Jan Markell has changed my life. I started listening to her about 9 months ago. Because of Jan I found more people who I can trust to explain the Bible and this insanity going on today. I found hope. The Blessed Hope. Never heard that term before a couple of months ago. This is too long already. There's so much good to say about Jan Markell. Thank you so much for what you do. I feel like I've had the Christian maturity and knowledge of a child until now. So MUCH is explained now. So much is happening. I saw Jesus many times after I had a out of body experiences .. I was in Israel Jesus show me new Jerusalem and he said tell his people to stand together with Israel ... Jesus show me a moon he said when u see this moon know the time is near, I saw Jesus in the clouds he said to me he is coming back soon , I saw 7 angel with long trumpets, I saw Jesus coming fiercely in the clouds he had no favoritism if u know him u will go if not u will have to go through the hard times here on earth 🌍 as Jesus was coming there was a lighting then rapture suddenly a earthquake and then follow darkness Over the earth and a knee length flood the world was in Chacos ... I also saw the pope with a bible in his hand said 666 I personally don’t trust the Pope ... i had many many dreams where I saw my savior Jesus Christ .. we communicated through thoughts and I saw the number 12:13 or 12:12 I can’t remember the exact number but one of the number I don’t know what it meant ... I saw a army Preparedness for a secret attack they have green and black uniform I saw this army with a long range missile and a short range missile .. I just want to share with everyone .. This was an awesome & much needed episode! So glad I stumbled on to this channel (thank you Lord & thank you Holy Spirit for leading me here! 😊) this is so honest & so right especially for the times we now find ourselves in. We were all born at such a time as this for a reason and we all need to strive to be as bright a light as possible for God to all the ones still lost, or have become lukewarm or back slidden and only by honestly talking about & addressing the issues of today and the antichrist spirit that is darkening the entire world more and more right now!
