I think the Isaiah is referring to the philippines wich is "THE HELPER OF ISRAEL" there are major events that happens to our past that only the philippines (Coastlands/Islands from the EAST) help the israel, 1.ONLY the philippines did an open door to the jewish from the holocaust.. 2. only Asian country who voted for the resolution. Israel and the Philippines established full diplomatic relationships in 1957. and also if you read the first verse “Be silent before me, you islands! Let the nations renew their strength!" it means the philippines remain weak in terms of power because it is already written.

The New Israel is an island nation chosen by God in the last days. Prophet Isaiah mentioned the word 'islands" many times in Isaiah chapter 41, 42, 45, 49, 51, 59, 60, and 66. He is prophesizing not the 1st Coming but the Second Coming of Jesus Christ as the Omega the Last Adam or the Christ incarnate9 who will rule in that island nation in the last days. (ISAIAH 41 : 4 - 5 - Who hath wrought and done it , calling the generations from the very beginning? I the Lord, the First and with the Last, I am he. The isles saw it and feared.....) Remember the nation Israel is not a Christian nation but a Jewish nation and not an island nation and is located in the Middle East in the western part of the continent of Asia. In the Book of Revelation the only continent that was mentioned is the continent of Asia. Now if you look at the map of Asia, Israel is not an island nation it is not entirely surrounded by water. There might be an island or group of islands nation somewhere in Asia a Christian nation not a Jewish nation who will be chosen by God in the Last days. What is the only Christian nation in Asia ? that was sometimes called "Pearl of the Orient" or "Paradise of the East" ?
