You are good at this. Amen and Sabbath is for us, not we are for Sabbath. Never looked at it that way. I've heard that originially Sabbarh was on Satruday and was changed to Sunday. I was raised that it was Sunday but it threw me off to hear.

One takeaway from this chapter: Jesus came for sinners to make them right. Its easy to forget what Jesus does for us and turn to other things in life. Questions that came from reading this chapter: How can we choose to rest on Sundays (day of the Sabbath)? Other thoughts or insights the Lord has shared with me in this time: Prioritize Jesus in every way we can. Jesus helped everyone even though he was exhausted and overwhelmed by everyone. He chose love and healing.

They way it was shown to me the verse 22 about the wine skins is that our old self has to die or we have to remove all the old sinful ways in order for God to baptize us in the Holy Spirit. We have to be reborn
