Just because its weird does not make it true. An analogy I think [found]: A good analogy for "original sin" is thinking of a single drop of ink falling into a pristine bucket of water - even though it's just one small drop, it instantly contaminates the entire bucket, representing how one act of disobedience (Adam and Eve's) taints all of humanity, making everyone inherently susceptible to sin. Its fine to "prefer the Islamic". But that argument would not stand because I would prefer not being sick, but the reality is that all people can be sick.

Of course and that's common sense. Jews rejected anyone coming after the Old Testament. Christians rejected anyone coming after the New Testament. And muslims had no one to reject after since there is no major religion of the book that came after it. Otherwise, it would have. And it's kind of implicit, since it's says that Muhammad would be the last prophet. In other words, everyone after him would have been rejected. That's why Sunnis reject Ali as an important figure of Islam while Chiites consider he is the last important figure, even though he wasn't a prophet... This has nothing to do with inclusiveness, just chronology.

@@Shutupdamnho "Great man" doesn't mean much. You might be just great too. It has nothing to do with the inclusiveness of a religion. Christians beatify people every now and then, even to this day. I'm not saying that islam isn't inclusive, I'm just saying the original claim that Islam is more inclusive than the other religions has no substance. It's not more inclusive, it's just the last one, so it obviously includes everything that came before it since it's based on everything that came before it. And it would also reject anything after it since it's not canon. So they are all doing the same thing, but at a different moment in time. Chronology is the only differentiator here, not morality. My point is that it's vain to try and make one religion better than the other based on those kinds of considerations. You either believe in them or don't but there is no objective reason to believe in one rather than the others. One is not smarter or more rational or more moral by believing in islam rather than judaism or the other way around. One doesn't need their religion to be "better" in any ways, just for it to be true. Indeed, a true story is not necessarily the best or most moral one, it's just the one that's actually accurate. And let's be honest: 99% of religious people aren't picking their religion because it's factually or morally the "best", just because they were raised in a culture that is heavily leaning towards that religion. And since morality is cultural, of course your religion will be the one that looks the most moral to you. You won't find a lot of people converting to islam in Sicilia the same way you won't find many people converting to christianity in Qatar. The most credible religion will often be the one people grew up into because it's the most in sync with their culture and education. And it's ok. It' not a pissing contest. As long as people don't kill each other over it. If any religions allowed their followers to become the best versions of themselves, those religions did what they were intended to do and all is good for humanity as a whole. But if, like in this very case, belonging to a religion make the followers believe they are better than others instead, based on futile considerations, then we have a problem. Unfortunately, that's what we see in most comments made by religious people and it's sad.

@@Sofe-px1vi I never said that sunnites don't respect Ali. I say that Chiites consider that Ali is the first imam, the successor of Muhammad and that he is the spiritual guide of muslims. Sunnites reject that proposition (not the qualities of the person himself) because they consider that Muhammad never named a successor. According to Sunnites, there are a lot of respectable figures that lived after Muhammad, Ali included (since he was close family and dear to the prophet) but the revelation and guidance ends with Muhammad himself. My point being that each religion has a date when the message started and one when the message ended. Some people played important roles afterwards, they are great and respectable but they are not canon. And since islam is the latest religion of them all, it includes as canon most of what came before it. Which has to be more than christianity, which itself has to be more than judaism, in terms of pure chronology. By the way, I'm from sunnite descendance too and was raised in islamic tradition. But I'm an atheist. And I respect all beliefs equally. My only personal belief is that when religious people try to claim that their own religion is "better" somehow, it's just counterproductive and generates hate and division instead of love and understanding (by the way, this is applicable to condescending atheist who try to dismiss religions too). And it's sad because there is so much common ground and so much to learn from each other. But instead, people focus on the differences and what makes them better than others. To this very day we see too many people and children die because of that pettiness. And it breaks my heart.

Now you know that The story of the birth of Isa who is claimed to be Jesus in the Koran is more like the story of Ishmael in the Bible, not Jesus. The Quran puts the prophets on higher status and denies that they were broken people. God chose them for their righteousness and if they did have flaws, it was minor flaws and not major sins such as Lot sleeping with his daughter. It’s morally wrong to claim such things about the Prophets in Islam.

In the Bible you’ll finds God's prophets degraded by acts of idolatry, incest, murder, adultery, alcoholic,Stealing etc. while The Qur'an clears their names from that, as none of the men chosen by God to be Prophets or Messenger of God were engaged in sinful acts. prophets in Islam exhibit model characteristics of righteousness and moral conduct. Second: in the judgement day when let's supose that someone had illegal relationship with a woman when the god ask him: Why had you done this? This human will easily said that one of your prophets has done it so why, me the decent human, being could not do it? But when we suppose that prophet are ideal, Allah will say: bring Joseph (pbuh), why haven't you done it with the Pharaoh's wife when she asked for it and you preferred to being held in prison for do such a sin? Ofc he will say that u god have teached me what is the wrong and what is the right to do so by that I could become an argument on the other human being of keeping their chastity and not fall in sin. Another example, a woman do a sinful act with man, and she being asked: y have u done it, she will say becuase l'm beautiful so y I shouldn't done these things, then Marry (pbuh) come and being presented to her as a role model for the chastity and how great woman she is, also of how she has accused to be a sinner of being pregnant without a man so she had patience becuase Allah promised to justify and purifies her of what she has been accused about. So that is why ,in islam , we believe that all the prophets and the saints are impaccable for doing the major and the minor sins, to being resampled as arguments for us when being judged in judgement day. If someone didn't understand regarding two Imran's in the Qur'an: Imran in the Qur’an is the father of Mary mother of Jesus, his whole family is a pious family and the names of this family are adopted from the family of Moses, as in the old age, the Israelites would name their children with the names of the most pious people of their community, that’s why Mary the mother of Jesus was named after Mary the pious sister of Aaron and Moses. There is a chapter in Qur’an called “The family of Imran” The name of wife of Imran was Hanna, then why was Imran in the Quran? Actually There are two Imrans, one was father of Musa (Moses) (عليه السلام), and the other was father of Maryam (Mary) (عليه السلام). As for Prophet Musa (عليه السلام), he was Moses bin Imran bin Qaahath bin Aazar bin Levy bin Jacob bin Abraham, peace be upon them. The one mentioned in the Qur’an: إِنَّ اللَّهَ اصْطَفَى آدَمَ وَنُوحًا وَآلَ إِبْرَاهِيمَ وَآلَ عِمْرَانَ عَلَى الْعَالَمِينَ (آل عمران: 33). Allah chose Adam, Nuh (Noah), the family of Ibrahim (Abraham) and the family of ‘Imran above the ‘Alamin (mankind and jinns) (of their times). Imraan that is mentioned in the verse, is the father of Mary, the daughter of Imraan, may Allah exalt her mention. “Aal ‘Imraan: what is meant by ‘Imraan here: is the father of Maryam bint Imraan, the mother of ‘Eesa (Jesus) son of Mary, may Allah exalt their mention.” [End of quote] The House of Imran descended from the progeny of David. Imran was a pious and righteous man. The Prophet ﷺ said: “Many men reached to the position of perfection. But it is only three women who acquired this perfection: Mary the daughter of Imran, Aasiyah the wife of Pharaoh and Khadijah the daughter of Khuwailid and the excellence of Aishah over other women is like the excellence of Thariid (a type of food) over all other food.” Allah also chose the household of `Imran, the father of Marym bint `Imran, the mother of `Isa, peace be upon them. Mughira ibn Shu’ba reported: When I came to Najran, the Christian monks asked me, “You recite the verse, ‘O sister of Aaron,’ (19:28) but Moses was born long before Jesus by many years.” When I came back to the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, I asked him about it and he said, “Verily, they would name people with the names of prophets and righteous people who had passed before them.” Ibn Kathir said, “This is like saying to somebody from the Tamimi tribe: O brother of Tamim, or to somebody from the Mudari tribe: O brother of Mudar.” The interval between Imraan the father of Prophet Moosa (Moses), may Allah exalt his mention, and Imraan the father of Maryam (Mary), may Allah exalt her mention, was 1,800 years as mentioned by some interpreters of the Quran. However, we have not come across any evidence that proves it or disproves it. And Allaah ﷻ Knows Best!

It mentions the following list of crimes committed by certain individuals from these 2 communities: 1. They do not truly believe in God and their accountability before Him on judgment day. 2. Do not forbid what their own messengers have clearly forbidden. Do not obey the rules and respect justice. 3. They also say so and so is the son of God (Jesus or Ezra) 4. They take their Rabbis and Monks as Lord i.e. they follow their word even if it contradicts the clear teachings of God in their books thus bringing them at par with God. 5. Many of them even wrongfully consume people’s wealth and turn people away from God i.e. due to the greed of their religious leaders people don’t follow them and abandon the path to God. It’s quite evident that all of the above is not committed by each and every Jew and Christian because the Quran explicitly mentions the good and believers among them elsewhere and would contradict itself if understood in this manner. It is noted in classical Quran commentaries such as Tafsir Tabari in which according to a Tradition on the authority of Ibn Abbas (r.a) some of the Jews of Madinah once said to Prophet Muhammad ﷺ: *“How could we follow you when you has forsaken our qiblah (prayer direction) and do not consider Ezra a son of God?”* According to another hadith source these Jews who came to the Prophet were namely: Salam ibn Mushakam, Nu'man ibn Ufay, Shaas ibn Qays and Malik ibn Summer. Therefore there is historical background and evidence that when this verse was revealed there were a group of Jews who held the belief of Ezra or Uzayr (peace be upon him) being a son of God. Thus among the many listed crimes that Allah ﷻ charges members of these 2 communities the crime of idolatry was indeed committed by some Jews in Madinah. It could very well be that there is a sect of Jews that still holds that exact belief or a belief that venerates Uzair (PBUH) (Ezra) to such a high degree that entails divinity. The S is pronounced solely, and the H too. But this mistake isn't a big deal since you're not Arabic. 3. It can't be said that Musa is one of the most important prophets because, as stated in the Qur'an, God loves all his prophets equally and they are all as much important as each other. When a Muslim regrets what he did (sin) and asks Allah for forgiveness, Allah replaces the bad deeds with good deeds. You don’t need to go a mosque or church, or confront an imam or a bishop to get your sins forgiven. We, as Muslims, believe that prophets and messengers are at higher degree and status than other humans. They’re the chosen ones and Allah only chooses those who have best qualities and righteousness. So, we don’t believe the Prophets and Messenger of Allah committed any major sins or any major acts of disobedience to Allah. Allah tells the stories of the Prophets and Messengers in Qur’an so that we take them as role models including Jesus (PBUH). Just because something appear simple doesn't mean it's true. Both religions are monotheistic, but Christianity show some of the mystical nature of God's unique spiritual existence. Both religions present God as having a nature that's a compound unity, but in different ways. Allah has many titles and attributes, all part of the same God. He doesn't just have one single attribute for example, he has many. Allah is also described has having body-parts like two right-hands, eyes, a shin etc. God of the Bible has many titles and attributes as well, but also reveal a unique characteristic that we don't see among beings in Creation: God exists as three persons in one being, one unique nature.

But God does not have our limit. A simple but limited comparison I could give is that you, as a human being, have two hands, one left-hand, one right-hand. They are distinct, they are named, but they are part of your one being as a human. Father, Son and Holy Spirit are distinct and named, but exist as one being, one nature. These topics are difficult to put into words and explain, because we are talking about the unlimited existence of God outside of our limited universe, outside of space and time. The reason why people people have given you different answers to your questions may simply be the fact that truly explaining God is difficult, if not impossible. For us they are the same entity, different personages, you can understand it as like different forms of water, ice, steam or water. The way it was explained to me is that God the father is God himself or the superego, his consciousness, God the son or Jesus is God’s idea of himself, like the ego, the Holy Spirit is the love that flows between them or Gods “Id” or desires and instincts. The colors are perfectly chosen. Because the main color in Christianity is red (crimson) like people in vatican (wearing robes, headpieces) there is always a use of the color "crimson". Even for illustrations of Virgin Mary, Jesus and so on. It's because it was a really rare color, only used by the "clergy" / the church, kings and protagonists of the bible. Same for Islam cause the main color is green, because it also was the favorite color of the prophet muhammad saw or at least he used to wear the color green very often. The advantage of the Koran is that when this book exists until now and even in the future, the authenticity of its contents will be guaranteed, nothing will change automatically because if there is a royal, religious or association that tries to change the contents, add or subtract, it will be denied automatically and directly because in Islam there is the term memorizer. The Al-Quran itself will be visible if someone tries to change it or accidentally changes it. Apart from that, using the same language is an automatic key that protects it, namely memorization and a language that other books don't have.

When a flood hit the Kaaba, causing cracks, the people of Mecca decided to renovate it. At that time, the tribes of Mecca disputed over who would carry the Black Stone and place it and who would have honor and status. They decided that the first to enter would be the one who placed it. The Messenger Muhammad, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, entered when he was thirty-five years old. The tribes said, “This is the trustworthy one, we are satisfied.” Here it ended because the day end and it does not end.
