I'm not looking for a new Bible, but I love your videos. I have many KJV, and NKJV Bibles throughout the house, so I have one of each handy, wherever I am. I have what I'm studying, on my phone, so I can keep track of where I left off.

That Humble Lamb is looking very sharp! I like the Nelson, vastly superior to the Clarion! The emerald text beats it as well because of the print and it's cheaper!

Well, second thought, maybe I don't need the NLT. I've never own the translation myself but I looked at it a little bit online but I keep hearing about gender neutral wordings. Is this true? I might buy a cheaper one just to check it more first. Thanks for the link though. That looks like a real nice one with the ribbons being a weakness but that could be fixed. I think I will stick with the NASB & maybe one day buy a premium one of those when there's a great single column. One thing about using my cheaper bibles is I'm not afraid to take them with me :).

Do the red references and footnote markers become a distraction? A part of me thinks they might but it would probably also make them easier to find because they would stand out more. I'd really love a nice NKJV, all I have is a $20 one and it leaves a lot to be desired for. This looks incredible though. I was thinking either a clarion or personal size Quentel but now I'm not so sure, this looks better in practically every way to be honest. Thanks for the great review, God bless.

At first they were a distraction. I'm easily distracted by reference and footnote indicators anyway and the red was a little more difficult. After a little while I was able to ignore them.

Thats a sweet bible. But im stuck on bibles i can preach from now. So Verse by Verse super important. Still, for straight up reading and the like, this would be sweet. I didn't catch it on the website or video - how many references? Is the 30k or so or the 70k +? Thanks

I think they would, but that's just a guess. I've only seen the black goatskin. Unless they've added them to the newer edition, the brown goatskin is the only one with spine hubs.

Yes. Most pages have a few inches of space that's perfect for small notes.

There is only one. The NIV is labeled as 10. Could that be the one you're thinking of?

No. It's the NKJV Comfort Print THINLINE Leather Premium. It's a double column but the same Premium like this.

Its so goofy how they put the text in the gutter instead of the references. What a huge mistake. I would definitely buy one if they were switched. They were so close to making a good layout. So near but so far lol

They wanted you to be able to write in the extra space easily. I do prefer the text on the flat part of the page, though.
