Thank you so much for sharing sister. Also, another fast that Ahab was apart of was demonic which was lead by the witch Jezebel to kill Naboth for his land. So we have to make sure we are not doing demonic fasts with bitterness, hatred, return to sender prayers like Jezebel. Like brother Kevin LA Ewing said Fasting is a Principle and Fasting is a game changer. YAH has blessed me so much since fasting with a closer relationship, aligning my will with His because He KNOWS what is best for us, staying in repentance, humility, giving to the poor and no debating etc. Like it says in Isaiah 58 -Yah's Chosen Fast, Matthew 17:14-21, Proverbs 19:17, 1 Timothy 5:8. Barak for this and more lessons on this. Yasharal needs this. "Fasting does not move YAH, it moves US OUT of YAH's Way".😊

Amen , great lesson ! All praises to the most High ! Fasting is definitely a game changer. I haven’t tried 3 days yet , but after watching this video I’m going to go for it , I am motivated ! Coffee is what gets me in the mornings also having to go to work on a fast because you are tired but other than that , I agree it’s an amazing experience ❤😊

Shalom Sister Susanna,great timely blessing of a lesson. How funny because my King had been mentioning, that we needed to start fast much more. Especially because of the end days we are at now. Not only for spiritual guidance but, when we need to start to flee into the wilderness, there still may be a time where we won't have food or water. Although, the Most High will be with us and guidance, we still to be prepared. We have our own business in maintenance janitorial,so I'm always on the run. I had been thinking wow how can I do this. Then you mentioned, when about fasting without even trying because we are too busy to eat. I was like DUH!! Lol 😊. Thank you for all you do. I really appreciate you. In my eyes this was a well-needed lesson for me, thank you, much. If I may ask, you said “you did blank at a time, you was in the wilderness” what does wilderness mean? And you said “in order to remove the most high hand” what do you mean by that? My apologies for asking so many questions, I’m still trying to understand things…

Shabbat Shalawam! The wilderness season is one of the spiritual growing seasons that Yah puts us through. Check out the video I did called, “Which spiritual season are you in” There is the wilderness season of growing through being tried through the fire with Yah. There is the harvest season when He is giving you blessing and has put a hedge around your life etc. Sorry I was speaking fast, but I said “in order to move The Most High’s hand” Not remove. How often should you throw up a biblical fast?

@@MorahTanah There’s a few things to consider. If you want to get rid of a particular spirit (behavior or habit that you have) then throw up a longer fast; like 2-4 days, up to a week if you can manage it. Or you can throw up a spiritual fast (just to do it routinely) every week for 24 hours or every three weeks or month for about 2-3 days. That can be just to get rid of the old woman and to stay in control of your flesh.
