I had hair thinning from menopause than had an emergency complete hysterectomy, followed a month later with Covid ( pre vaccines) I was pretty sick since than my hair has been falling out a lot . It’s been three years , I started Minoxidil five weeks ago, so far so good.

hi dr i am 17 my hair start losing at age 15 i started using minoxidil 5 but after some days i got heart palpitation so i decided to reduce the dose to 2 % but my heart is also not coparenting with it what should i do. can i change minoxidil to lllt therapy ? i use minoxidil around 1 month

I honestly think womens Hairloss is definitely brutal. As men we know Very young there is a big chance will loose hair as adults.

Frustrated because I saw a new derm last week and he wouldn’t prescribe bicalutamide because it’s off-label use. I’m currently on spironolactone and finasteride and have been on them for years. He gave me a referral to a med school derm that’s several hours away. I’m 30 btw. Don’t want kids.
