Holding 59kg like that would pop most peoples arm clean off! Proof Larry is more machine than man.
@jimjimmy3131
@jimjimmy3131 3 жыл бұрын
It is more o a matter of getting used to the weights little by little. Even a strongman would have problems with that weight on the bicep BUT , getting used to those kind of exercises slowly gives you a perspective on the weight and you start feeling where it is safe and healthy and when it is getting dangerous. Exercise beats everything brother , just like Larry if you start and just keep grinding ,safely ofcourse , you ll achieve this kind of weight relatively fast or at least much faster than you expected. Larry ofcourse has the potential to go 75+ kg which imo is above "normal" human capabilities. Anyways , keep on keeping on !

I can't stress enough (like many have) although you want to win don't get discouraged if you lose. Firstly, I think my biceps are almost as big as the guy in the legacy shirt. Moreover, the legacy guy has been building muscle for so long that I think he is a bit in front of me with bicep size. This is because muscle grows at a maximum speed of 250 grams per week and that is over your whole body. Therefore, I think that the length of time you have been building muscle for is actually just as important as how much food you eat. I like to calculate my muscle growth between thirty to forty grams per day depending on how much food I eat during the day.

Secondly, my fat looks horrific and I actually have a bell of fat around my waist. However, my fat bell grows muscle at maximum speed. And my muscle will catch up to anybody who is trimming fat to work on their abdominal definition. Moreover, if your working on your abdominal eight pack your probably only getting 10 grams of muscle per day. I am all the way up at 35 grams of muscle growth each day eating huge amounts of food.

Always remember boys and girls: Styles make matches. Schoolboy could win. Larry could win. It all depends on if Larry can get access to his upper body strength. If Schoolboy can cut him off that ability, Larry will lose. Clearly. No chance. If Larry can get access to his strength in the strap - Schoolboy will simply be pulled over that table. Larry has the technique of a good club armwrestler and the hand and arm of a world class middleweight I guess... But his strength potential (upper body wise) is bigger than the whole armwrestling community.... Keep that in mind. 200kg, standing push press. Around or close to 300kg raw bench? Transfer those numbers into a solid press.... OMFG.

I think Larry has some chances against Schoolboy this time. For some reason Schoolboy is still natural and he has not improved much at all.
