You can do with Power BI Pro if you are using simple notification. If you would like to extend the functionality, combine with Power Automate. You won't need any Power BI Premium license.

Yes, we can. Generally, I use Power BI Robots for such operations. However, if you have Power BI Premium Capacity, then you can use this using Power BI Premium and Power Automate

Thank for sharing info. I have a use case where i need to send email to multiple people. for example, i have temperature senor data. if it less than 15 degrees temperature for more than 2 day i need to send email every day to L1 support team. if the temperature continues to be less 15 degree for more than 4 day send email to next level L2 team +L1 team and for more than 5 days send to manager +L1+L2 team. W need to send email daily once. Can we achieve this functionality using power automation.

Well, I am sure there is a workaround for this but why don't you use Power BI Alerts to achieve the same. You can create a Dashboard and you can set an alert on your Dashboard tile which would show you the temperation.

@@BIConsultingPro Thank you for quick reply. What is difference between setting email using power automation and dashboard alert. As i need send these email daily once if conditions are met. I thought power automation will compute the data and based on result it will send email.

@@cebabu Setting Alert means it's only gonna send you once your condition will meet. However, sending e-mail is normal using Power Automation. Here, you cannot apply conditions i.e., your temperature one. However, Alert can only be sent to people who have Power BI Pro LIcense or who are being added as guest users with Power BI Pro License. One Last thing, if you want to send an e-mail to someone who has no Power BI license so for that first you need to set an alert for yourself and after that, you need to you can either use Outlook automatic E-mail forwarding option as a rule in Outlook or use Power Automate to send an e-mail to anyone outside your organization.

yes, of course you can! However, you have to use Power Automate for this and that would fall under O365 license. However, for sure, you can try.
