U should have the habit to push the breaks levelers 10 times very hard, before tightening up again the brake cables. So the consumer won't come back in one week telling that his breaks are way too smooth, just because he made some emergency stops. The derailleur sould be stressed too, to avoid play in the housing, before any work on it. In both cases, cables will be streched, so the all work you've done will be ok longer for your user. Otherwise I like your videos and your good work.

Two things I would have to point out in this job, I would have lubricated the brake bosses and I would have filed flat the brake housing ends adding metallic end caps.

Many people like to install the valve at the level where the main tire brand lettering is, but I think that's not the most important thing ))))

I align the logo with the valve, but I have seen the pressure marking aligned to the valve on rental bikes, it is a good idea.

Io avrei sostituito il cerchio (non la ruota) ed il cavo freno ( ai miei tempi, quando si era meccanico). Lei ha sostituito il vecchio con il nuovo. Sempre ai miei tempi, li chiamavamo; avvita bulloni , quelli che facevano quello che ha fatto Lei 😂.

la ruota aveva già superato la sua aspettativa di vita, il mozzo era usurato. Anche i freni erano usurati, le molle erano deboli. Ora il cliente ha una ruota nuova, dove non ci saranno problemi, e freni nuovi e freschi, che sono migliori di quelli del negozio. Il cliente è soddisfatto, e questa è la cosa più importante).

The cable housing has a plastic lining, lubrication is not recommended as it will attract dirt and promote wear.

Też zakładam opony tak, by informacja o dopuszczalnym ciśnieniu była na wprost wentyla. Dziwnie zdejmujesz te szerokie opony. Wydaje mi się, że łyżki byłyby niepotrzebne jeżeli ranty opon ustawiłbyś w najniższym punkcie obręczy na całym jej obwodzie. (Czyli pośrodku obręczy gdzie są otwory na nyple szprych.) Metalowyvh lyzek nie używam, z uwagi na ryzyko porysowania krawędzi obręczy. Tylko jakichś tanich, z tworzywa. (Coraz rzadziej mi się przydają, bo nawet ciasne opony zakładam i zdejmuję bez pomocy łyżek - jak oisalrm. Tak, da się :))) To możliwe, gdy się umie. (Nie ma ryzyka rozciągania rantu opony czy odkształcenia krawędzi obręczy.) Poza tym, jak zwykle filmik fajny, w tym dobry poglądowo i instruktażowo. 👍😃🙋

Encore une fois j'ai appris qu'on pouvait glisser la chambre à air dans le pneu pour remonter le tout sur la jante , moi je glisse le pneu et ensuite j'insère le chambre et je me fais chier comme un rat mort j'essaierai je souhaite le plus tard possible, mais ça me paraît nettement plus efficace, lorsque l'on regarde un tuto tout paraît aisé, comme ici le réglage des freins mais en réalité c'est loin d'être le cas, bon comme on dit c'est en forgeant que l'on devient forgeron, mais regardez un maréchal ferrant forger un fer à cheval et essayez de faire la même chose.... ça ce complique un peu... pour certaines actions c'est vrai que ça vous aide c'est indéniable mais c'est loin d'être toujours le cas , mais ce qui est bien c'est que l'on retient certaines astuces et c'est parfois bien de les connaître.

In low end bikes, a new wheel is more economical for the customer. Low end wheels are built in mass by robots. Fitting a new rim is way more expensive.

spokes tend to stretch when applied tension over time, and the hub's spoke holes can be deform when the spokes are pulled/added tension

Other than installing that filthy cassette on to a new wheel without cleaning it, not too bad of a job.
