Biden campaign enters critical phase as Capitol Hill returns: "Fear is contagious"

CBS News chief White House correspondent Nancy Cordes tells "Face the Nation" that the upcoming week - when Capitol Hill lawmakers return after the July 4th holiday - will be critical for President Biden's reelection. Federal laws don't explicitly prohibit purchases or ownership of firearms by people with dementia, and only two states - Hawaii and Texas do. Currently, only 2 states (Hawaii and Texas) specifically include dementia in their firearm statutes.
