It never gets mentioned, but in 2015, Republican voters represented 33% of all voters. That number is now down to 27% and falling. I know we always talk about us having a two party system, but you now have 1 of those parties representing only 1/4 of all registered voters. The poll is clearly padded with democrat leaning independents. The data was omitted, but it can be deduced. From the datasheet: "2024 Republican Presidential Nominee If the Republican presidential primary in your state were held today, who would you vote for? Asked of Republicans and Independents who lean Republican" There were 645 people who answered that question, and 1,686 people total who took the polls, or 38% of respondents were republican/leaning republican. True independents who lean neither left nor right make up less than 10% of the population. That leaves 52% democrat or democrat leaning people taking the poll. There are only slightly more democrat leaning independents than there are republican leaning independents. A few percentage points is plausible. 14% is way too high. The poll is clearly doctored.

They are all made up polls. A poll is just a randomised campaign of cold calling people for their opinions and answers on specific subjects. If your randomised campaign happens to end up calling a majority of republican phone numbers then the poll will obviously skew towards republican candidates. And vice versa. The only way a poll could be modestly accurate is if you managed at least 10% of every district in every state. Even then it would still be shaky asf.
