The funniest thing regarding the pardon is that it is a preemptive pardon. That is, it is a pardon that not only does not concern existing convictions, it doesn't even concern impeachments - cases under a prosecutor's investigation that a prosecutor refers to a court, so that they may be judged. It constitutes a novel legal quality/entity, a pardon for plausible cases/crimes, that have not even been brought in front of a prosecutor, not in front of a court. A pardon for non investigated cases !!!
