यही तो गलत है क्योकि हिन्दू मैरिज एक्ट एकतरफा बनाया गया है। वास्तविक हिन्दू विवाह नियम तो सनातन परम्परा से चलते आये है जो की विवाह के सात फेरो के सात वचन है। पर हिन्दू मैरिज एक्ट तो उन मूल सिद्धांतो की ही धज्जिया उडाता है। तो सिर्फ नाम मे हिन्दू मैरिज एक्ट लग जाने से वो हिन्दू विवाह संस्कार का नियम नही बन जाता। माना उस वक्त की परिस्थिती को देखते हुए और लोगो के अल्पज्ञान के कारण इस एक्ट को नज़र अन्दाज किया गया। लेकिन आज की बदलती परिस्थियो और समय समय पर बने हिन्दू परिवार विरोधी कानूनो को दृष्टिगत रखते हुए अब ये एक्ट सरासर गलत एकतरफा और अन्यायपूर्ण है। लैंगिक भेदभाव युक्त है। ये साफ अनैतिक है। अब समझ आ रहा की ये एक्ट वास्तव मे सनातन विवाहिक नियम है ही नही बल्कि सनातन के साथ धोखा है। इसलिये इसे जडमूल से समाप्त कर देना चाहिये।

I mean ye rule thoda sahi nahi lag raha hai ki Male ki more than half property female ko chali jayegi , agar property ka division karna hai to female ki bhi half male ko chali jani chahiye ,.aur agar Couple ka koi child hai to Us child ka dhyaan dono ko rakhana chahiye, ya child ke naam property jani chahiye but female ke kyu , upper se agar female job bhi karti ho ? Ya female ka iss duniya me koi na ho to bhi samajh ata hai , ya koi serious reason ho to bhi but aese property ka division sahi nahi hai , because sab mehnat se kamate hai ,Law should be equal, I am just trying to be neutral or nothing!

जब महिलाओ के लिये सब कुछ विदेशी कल्चर का हवाला देकर महिलाओ के हिसाब से ही शादी के नियम बना दिये गये है तो पुरुषो के लिये अग्रीमेंट आधारित विवाह से दिक्कत क्यो? बडा दोगला फेमिनिस्म है भारत का। मै भारत के दो कौडी के फेमिनिस्म को हरामखोरी मानता हूँ और कुछ नही। जब महिलाओ को संस्क्रति का ज्ञान कराओ तो ये विदेशी कल्चर का बहाना बनाती है। पर जब तलाक के बाद पति की आधी सम्पत्ति की बात आती है तो भार्तीय संस्क्रति का बहाना बनाकर अबला नारी बन जाती है दोगली महिलाये😡😡😡 महिला का पति की सम्पत्ति मे हक तब था जब- *महिलाओ को कमाने का अधिकार नही था। *महिलाओ का अपने पिता की सम्पत्ति मे हिस्सा ही नही था। *महिलाओ को तलाक लेने का भी अधिकार नही था। ....लेकिन आज तो इनमे से कोई भी बात रही ही नही जो विवाहित महिलाओ का पति की सम्पत्ति मे अधिकार का आधार हो। तो फिर आज तक ये हरामखोरी और पुरुष पर बोझ क्यो चलता आ रहा है। यहा कहा मर जाता है तर्क, विवेक और विज्ञान?😡 आज पति की सम्पत्ति मे हिस्सा ना तो नीति है ना ही न्याय। बल्कि बहुत गलत बात है। ये सिर्फ महिलाओ के लिये एकतरफा मुफ्तखोरि है। ये अबला के लिये नही बल्कि रातो की कीमत है। इस घटिया महिलावादी कानूनो का नाश करो सब मिलकर। इसका तो सख्त विरोध होना चाहिये। ये अन्याय आज के समय चल कैसे रहा है?

Bharat ke Kanoon mein likha hai ki agar koi Hindu ladki Muslim se shaadi karti hai to use uske father ki property main hissa milega. Lekin agar koi Muslim ladki kisi Hindu se shaadi Karti to usse uske father ke property se koi hissa nahin milega. Aisa Hamare Bharat ke Kanoon mein lekha hai.

In India, people take large amount of dowry and gifts and the major amount marriage expenses are paid solely by brides family. So taking share in husband's property make sense in india. In US, children move out of their house at young age and in marriage both bride and groom come together and contribute, their families are not so much involved emotionally and financially. But in india families are, that is why prenuptial make more sense in US.

I am taking about majority of Indian population (middle class) who spend a whole fortune for their daughters wedding and even after wedding they have to send expensive gifts on occasions. So, their daughter don't get taunted. Not talking about rich shit. Whenever bill is passed or a law is made, it impacts everybody, government cannot pass a law just because certain people are impacted by it, they have to take care of the masses. And I am not saying Hardik took dowry or anything, he is a victim obviously. I am just wondering if he didn't see it coming. He is a wealthy person he must have taken some legal guidance before entering into a marriage. And their are rules to protect the right of males in marriage.
