The house is really beautiful I love it, but let's be honest, it's the perfect house for a horror movie, like... This building is amazing, but I don't think that sims 4 engine can handle those many items. Too many plants cause a lot of lag. Even though I have i7 8800 and gtx1089ti, it can't pass 30fps.

Its all the light sources. Lots of creators make the mistake of saturating their lots so full of lighting that it becomes unplayable even on a good gaming PC. if you take the time to go through and delete all of the excessive lighting it should work fine.

Has anyone encountered an endless loading screen when exiting the game or entering 'Manage World' after building this lot? I've had a lot of trouble with this lot and keep getting stuck on an endless loading screen. It's really frustrating because I love the way bidomaudo structured the lot and wish to place my household to live in. Also it’s really weird that the other lots in my gallery is normal after built but this specific lot keeps getting me stucked in loading screen.

Can't afford a mansion in real life. Computer can't handle playing detailed mansions in Sims4. *crying in broke* Anyone else playing with resolution set so low that the trees look like two pieces of cardboard glued together? 😂😂 I don't even bother with landscape anymore lolol Also this has got to be the best sims4 build edit I've ever seen. 👍

A few observations. 1. I love the color palette in this build. It resembles those beach houses in Cape Cod. 2. The sauna on the first floor is too far away from the toilet. 3. I think there should be a small toilet in the beach house. In the current layout, after swimming, Sims after to go through the patio, kitchen, and dining/bar area to get to the laundry room. That will no doubt leave a big mess in real life. 4. I find that the master bedroom is a bit too far away from the master bedroom - and there is also an arched opening
