Did you had any depth issues with drilling hinge holes with 35mm drill bit? I have Biesse 24fts cnc and it drills inconsistent hinge holes. Any idea what could be the issue?

Hi Manoj - are you getting differences in the z levels of regular cuts too? does it sometimes cut the spoil board and sometimes doesn't cut all the way through? If so - it is most likely a bearing on the Z-Axis. Let me know...

Sorry David, We build all flat doors. I would say look up ideas on line. There are a ton of great tutorials and designs out there! Please share a picture here if you end up CNCing some Shaker door stiles!!!! Would love to see what you come up with!
