Biesse works changing tooling in spindle and magazine

I have a broken bit inside the router. I’m trying to send it back to the magazine so I can replace it. What’s the best way to do that?

We have a couple of programs we run that puts a different tool in the router. Start program and interrupt cycle when tool change is complete

@@derrekholland5207 managed to do it. Thank you. Our 2 guys that run the CNC are out with covid, so I’m learning as I go. Any advice on zeroing the new but once in there? Or any videos?

@@alonsocardenas1330 if machine has a tool measuring pad there is a process for that. If it doesn’t you run a test route and measure depth of cut then adjust tool length in tooling. If your running a Biesse machine call the tech support and they can walk you through it

I have problem with my Biesse rover 24 after homing to put tool in to spindle automatically the tool doesn’t get completely in to the spindle how I can set up manually

Hi. My Bit is stuck in the TP1 spindle. How can I remove it? Had to format the machine. So after the reinstallation, the Bit is still inside the spindle. Changing the tool on a working file raises the error that the tool cannot be removed automatically.
