I don't know anyone who uses bifrost anyway. There's chaos phoenix, and the free version of houdini.

I totally understand the frustration. Have you watched the other videos in his series? I think maybe they needed to make it clearer that this video isn’t standalone - it requires watching the previous videos to understand what is happening. Otherwise yes, his clicks would be very confusing!
