The motor room size here is enourmous! In the video you can only see about 1/3 of the motor room and there also are motors of a group of 3 on the other side.

Thx! As this one here is from 2015 it should still be on original ropes. But yea I wouldn't wanna change them on a 4:1 like in the vid, that'd be a huge pain. xD

Absolutely. Eurolifts with MR do exist from time to time, but they're pretty rare. There's a group of 3 in Basel going 1.6m/s.

3tons! Just suspended on cables and that sheve! It's just amazing, it's like hoisting a car, also you have to add the counter weights too which is approx 1700kg + 300kg cables etc. so it's 5tons, just... No words...

Well, you may say why 1700 and not 1500kg, well, you should realise that, counter weight, is calculated by the max car hoist weight+car weight, so considering car is very heavy for its size, you should consider adding it

Those gearless machines can handle a huge static radial load indeed. But keep in mind that thanks to the 4:1 roping, the resulting forces are reduced by a factor of 4. Assuming that the lift car weighs maybe 2500kg and can hold 3000kg, that would be a total weight of 5500kg, which is divided by 4, so 1375kg rest on the cable end, 2750kg rest on the small deflecting sheave on the other side next to the governor and another 1375kg on the traction sheave. Plus there's another (2500+3000/2)/4=1000kg from the counterweight side resting on the sheave. so we get approximately 2400kg of static load on the sheave. You might be surprised now, but that is not much. Imagine a lift with 1000kg / 13 pers in 1:1 config. A solid 90s lift car for that capacity might also just weigh around 800-1000 kg, therefore the counterweight will be around 1400kg and the static load with a fully loaded lift car will be 3300kg. This shows what an immense impact roping ratio has.

These are not governors, these are diverting pulleys because this lift is roped in 4:1. The roping starts on the machine room floor, goes to the counterweight, back up to the motor room, to the counterweight again, up over the traction sheave, down to the lift car, to the motor room over the diverting pulley on the far side, down to the lift car again and then it ends back up in the motor room. The governor is hidden in the metal box with the =L1 sticker next to the far side pulley.
