The only invasion seen in Canadian history was by the earliest immigrants from Europe. They came by force. The more recent ones were invited with Govt initiated programmes, so they came in under legal supervision (even stricter than the equivalent US'): most were more educated on arrival than their earliest predecessors. I have a question. I am in the pool and my noc code is 21300 civil engineer having ms degree in civil engineering. This is TEER 1 noc which comes under STEM category and according to recent announcements STEM category is not included for the next year CBDs. I Have seen another noc code which is under Trade category but it is TEER 2 noc code and it resembles my job duties like working and scheduling of construction work, concrete etc. So CAN I CHANGE my noc from STEM to TRADE category ??

Lol you're worried about categories. I submitted my ita in Jan 2023 and it's still under process. So much for express in express entry program. I have a genuine lmia+ fsw Ita. I have appeared twice for my medical coz it's validity is 1 year and still no update from Canadian immigration. Sbi employees are way faster than those losers. Bottomline, God luck if u haven't even submitted ur ita.
