😱😱😱 I was waiting for this unboxing!!! I hung in there on Palm street for HOURS watching you ask for plants and claim them all!!! You did not give any chances!!!! As soon as they were pinned you killed it!!! It was so much fun longggggg but fun!!! I too got my shipment and was terrified bcse all the packaging was so moist I swore everything was going to be rotted I made sure to smell them before opening but they all looked good everything is in quarantine for a few weeks before they go into GenPop I can’t wait for tips on the Queen I got one from them as well Thank you for sharing it was great to see them up close and personal after seeing them be sold off! Congratulations on your largest Haul I loved every minute of it and now I want the Portilla Dream and the Crystal Sky 😍❤️❤️❤️

Hi Jaclynn, so happy to get to see you unbox those plants, that angle is the best I can see everything. Those anthurium are so pretty and even though they were stuck on top of each other there was not alot of damage to them and that is so great. When you opened them up they were so pretty and the leaves are looking so good, a little bit of damage but not a horrid amount. Most of them are in such great condition and their leaves are so beautiful. The baby ones are super pretty. And I have to say that plant that is in the background on that kitchen counter that is beautiful with the variegation and huge leaves is on my wish list and hopefully when i can really find one I can get it and be super happy. Thanks Jaclynn and once again you are still looking so beautiful and I really love you also and so excited that you are one of my planty friends that is one of my favorites. I’m glad to see that the plants shipped so well without all the fluff. For me the fluff is too much. What do you suggest we do with it afterwards? I know you probably keep it to reuse on your shipments but for those of us who don’t, it can add up fast! I might need to go into the pillow making industry! 😵‍💫😁

It’s crazy because I saw your chanel for the first time about a week ago and watched about 2-3 videos, but none about ordering from this place.. and Monday my mom took me to mount dora (I’m from Clermont so it’s only like 30 or so mins away) to check out different nurseries for my birthday, and this one Ecuagenera came up on our Apple Maps and the pics were so beautiful we went and a lot of t8mes they’re only for wholesale and it just so happens the day we went was one of the days they’re open to the public so I got to get some amazing plants from there and the greenhouses are HUGE and I thought it was really cool they do tours for people to Ecuador to see the plants in nature and stuff, seems like an incredible experience !! I will say all but 1 of the employees there only spoke Spanish (luckily I speak Spanish and lived in Ecuador) and they were working VERY hard and were super kind, I know it can be easy to worry about our plants because they’re our babies and we care, but I will vouch that these women and men were definitely working hard and diligently to make these orders and do what they needed to do well, o would say it’s more up to the handlers of the shipping bc no one knows what’s be8ng shipped and unless someone pays for exclusive shipping it’s hard to dictate what carriers do lol I would definitely recommend them to anyone bc they have incredible plants !!

Ain't no complain'n there. That unboxing to me was excellent. You were Blessed. Now the hard part is ACCLIMATION. BUG PREVENTION SPRAY, LET THAT DRY OUT, REPOT AND DROWN SOIL WITH WATERING AND DRAIN THOUROUGHLY, FEED WITH FOOD, PLACE IN AREA SIMILAR TO WHERE IT COMES FROM (light and warmth). Hope they all survive and thrive. Be sure plants get no drafts now that it's getting cooler in New England. Blessings to you from Great One above. Is what you do similar to what I mentioned above for new plants? I just got 4 new plants from a plant swap. A pink kalanchoe, Amplisimum, Xanadu, a Coleus. All got sprayed with pure neem I made from leaves and water. This is my bug prevention and disease too. Saturday eve I will either pot up or place in water for further propping. All my plants are near or in Windows. It's still nice and warm in NYC. As it nears very cool weather I will reseal my windows with plastic and place Dollar Tree rugs on sills, extended window shelves, floating shelves and other shelves. Have a blessed weekend. Eh Plantswithdirt packaged their plants like this. It was frustrating too. All the packaging was wet when it arrived here too. I just got a plant haul from Ecuagenera's open house as well. Dendinum orchid, Alocasia golden dragon, Alocasia Mandalay (ugh trying Alocasias again, slowly), Hoya archidbola Pink, and found a anthurium gracile Ecuagenera with some berries. Found their variegated orchids and omg. May need to snag one soon. I'm scared to get another war queen. I love my portillo dreams. You're going to love it. Now I want a crystal sky 😱😱😱

I recently bought my first anthurium kinda by accident... it was on clearance for $12.50 so i said, What do i have to lose... granted, I knew nothing about this Villenaorum, but I couldn't leave it! Hoping me and this plant can have a good relationship because I would love to fall down the Anthurium rabbit hole, but I'm a little intimidated...

I bought from them before too and I was nervous about the packaging but the plants arrived well and doing well still. I mean their shipping pretty low compared to other sellers. I will continue to buy from them because of the affordable prices.

it is always a crap shoot ordering from them. I got a bomboizence that was fantastic and an altaverapazense seedling which wasn't. I think the altaverapazense will be OK, the roots were shot and it dropped most of the leaves but is putting down new roots. Strange plant because it was 4 stems coming off a main stem so something must have happened to the original growth point.

Plants are in good shape. We really don’t need all of that inorganic fluff and stuff. I guess they have expertise in shipping because that’s what they do, international even. Just look how they pack the leaves.

Cardboard isn't inorganic, and polyfil can be reused. I'm not the only one with an issue, and it's important to let people know what to expect. It's not a personal attack on whoever packs the plants 🖤

My plants from them have always been in such poor condition at arrival or go on to eventually die 😭 I’ve stopped giving them my money. They seem kinda careless with their packaging and ensuring root health 🤷🏻‍♀️
