I think the Illo sketchbooks not being available in the UK might have to do with VAT laws? 'Cause after the UK left the EU something changed about the VAT stuff and, while I can't remember what the exact reason was, I just remember seeing a lot of small artistists from North America being like "I'm sorry but I can't sell anything to the UK until this gets cleared up" earlier this year

This is some lovely stuff, the Cotman book is so pretty. A few brands do square sketchbooks in the UK, but usually normal, thinner paper. I’ve got some by Seawhite and Pink Pig. The Procreate brushes are really good. I can’t afford much regularly to use Patreon, so GumRoad would be ideal. I’ve bought some there before. Georg and MattyB have made massive sets.
