This podcast changed my life! Since listening, I’ve been able to become a Yale PhD student and just published my first #1 Best Selling book! ✨ The kicker is that I was raised on government assistance by a single mother. It would be a dream come true to share my story with Jay and his audience as well.

Kunal, I doubt you will ever see this but I have to say this was one of the most insightful and helpful interviews I’ve seen of Jay’s. I know you are passionate about acting and I look forward to enjoying you on screen. With that…I encourage you to keep sharing this wisdom that your journey has brought you. :-) You have not really been on my radar up until now… now I ’m a true fan! Thank you. 🙏🏻

This made me feel more okay how I feel ( feeling empty, out of touch with reality, afraid) after leaving a phenomenal experience on stage. It’s therapeutic to know you’re not the only one, even the Greats had their moments.

I am so grateful for this episode, I cannot. From recognising when we’re alone we think we’re humble until we face human reality again, to the way he went into how we become so accustomed to becoming someone else as a creative and then struggle to return to ourselves once the project is over…from simply understanding stillness is where it’s at to finding true self-love, which in itself, is self-accountability…I just can’t express how much this applied to everything I’m going through right now and I’m so grateful I came across it. Please continue to have ‘spiritual meets secular’ conversations like this. I’ve just subscribed and I can’t wait to hear so much more. Thank you again Jay!!!!🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾

What a truly wonderful interview easy to understand subjects that we as human struggle with all the time. In the end the only relationship you will ever have is with you and your inner being all the rest temporary at best. In the last year all of humanity has had a Great Awakening didn't matter if you had money or not you still had to sit with yourself. I am a spiritual being having a human experience has never been so true

@@AnandA2155 what do i know. Just go with the flow. Try eric wienstien and joe rogan audio books like that watts guy. Its all profound and too much to process anyway. try stephen hawkins . Its all just tells us a bit about who we are and we go in stumbling about anyway but at least we can get used to stumbling and next time we find a green windy field with tall wold grasses we could stay a while longer coz we know we like it
