Tom has great potential to be a great podcaster, he was able to slip into the host role easily and he asked intelligent, engaging questions.:)

I feel the exact same the more time passes watching how life works for me. Everything here today can be gone any second. Its just your turn if you've even gotten a turn....theres many men that never gotten a turn...but most women are like door knobs in a high traffic area where everyones got a turn. The ones that didn't get their turn didn't get past the gates to get near the entrance... 😂 but sadly... Its not easy having been a master key amongst all these shitty locks either 😢

I’m rejection sensitive and this is something that I need to work on at this season of my life. So this is super helpful. Thanks!

Been sugar & processed grain free for the past 12 months… I used. Used MCT oil to control sugar cravings first couple of weeks. The most difficult part was getting others to stop trying to get me to eat crap at family gatherings. Like me stopping sugar somehow affected them. I stopped worrying about their feelings and just say no without trying to justify my choices.

I love where he wants to go, and I like him but I never connect to his music for some reason. I think he should have Rick Rubin produce his next album!!! Then the authenticity has to be there...

Very interesting to me how around 9 min, or a little before, he’s promoting children learn consequences, as early as 4 years old, and even tells the example of not bringing a lunch to school, and this is the exact thing Ruby Franke was criticized for with her 1st grader. Obviously Ruby went on to do some atrocious things to her children, but with this exact example of not bringing your kid’s lunch to school, where is the line? Where are you actually promoting mental fortitude and helping your child vs being a negligent parent?
