great review + intro. Just picked up a Mini. I still want to get the 03, though I already have an 05S which is excellent. The main consideration was the fit of the Mini, hoping it will be an iem I can use at night before sleep.

Nice! They are neck in neck for sure but the main thing not soundwise I see is the mini has a better stock cable and tip... As in usable. Blon-03 cable and tip couldn't throw away fast enough and had to wait while a replacement cable and tip got in the mail. If you don't have any tips or cable the mini is a better buy other wise the 03 almost doubles in price when you add a cable and tips. Solid review my friend. Cheers!

If you want a miniature better fitting version on the Blon sound the mini is good. Also you won't need a new cable. It's cable is good.

People need to stop always relating price to sound quality. If something dioes not sound as good as expected, it's okay since it cost less. Believe me companies can afford premium quality at that cost its just that they want you to spend more to get it, it's just business to make you think that good quality sound should be expensive, it's the formula to get rich by fooling you. You also need to take into account the fact that the particular product you are using was manufactured in a country where costs are kept low because human rights and labor laws are not enforced as much as where you live, coupled with the fact that your own govt import duties must be low and therefore the cost could be less for you. So people need to stop saying it's not that good but its okay since it cost so less when in reality its not.

You've stated a lot of facts that I agree with. At the end of the day, my job is to help people make purchasing decisions and make sure people are getting the most for their money as possible. So because of that I can't avoid comparing by prices.Thank you for the comment!

@@Gizaudio Please don't mistake my intentions. I appreciate the fact that you understood what I was trying to get at, however I would also like to let you know that I was only making a general statement, and also that guiding people in making the right purchase decision does not nessarly need to include that it is acceptable for a product to be not up to the mark just because it cost less because I believe anything sold by these companies at a higher price is just a rip off. The materials are mostly all the same maybe just a better grade of plastic or metal whose quantities used are almost insignificant. It's really all about the acoustics and tuning and slight changes in materials which could be done at the same low cost. The only reason I said all this is because I have noticed many KZbin reviewers saying the same thing and I didn't think it was right because this price has nothing to do with the performance. Please do not think that I was trying to find fault with you in anyway because besides this point it was a very detailed and fantastic review and gave me the most accurate info about the product compared to all the other reviews that I have seen. Please keep up the good work.
