Yes me too. First time I get to see and hear the entire song. Been wanting it since 1991. Forgot about it for a long time, had requested it over a decade ago before this video turned up but no one seemed to know what song it was.

I've been listening to Big Bill's recording of this tune since 1961. I bought the (Verve?) Last Sessions LPs then and I still have them. To me this is one of the most soulful blues ever written and recorded. I had no idea there was any film of Broonzy doing this but I'm delighted to have stumbled on the by accident. It appears to have been filmed in, or staged as, a club. Is this from a longer film or is it an old "soundie?"

The longer video is on KZbin I was about 18 when Bill died, I wish I had been able to see him. A Columbia sampler introduced me to his amazing music.

@@rustystew37 Yeah, Big Bill died in 1958 when I was 16. I didn't hear his music until 1961, three years after his death.
