Made this giant flower cupcake for Wynter's 1 yr old birthday. Im sharing here all the steps from scratch and it is a healthy cake too. Please do try...
Recipe
8 banana (mashed)
1 cup apple sauce
350g wholemeal flour
350g coconut flour
2 cups water or more
1 tbsp vanilla bean extract
1 tbsp cinnamon powder
6 tbsp coconut oil
2 tspn baking soda
300g cream cheese
Raspberry sauce (for natural pink)
To sweeten the frosting, can add apple sauce

Can you please add the weight measurements.. As with bananas.. Small /big... Which ones?? I feel its a bit unclear. It tasted good though (if you are into healthy food and low sugar)) I liked it as well as my 8year old. Not daddy though... He would not have a second bite.. Lol Can we add eggs to make it rise a bit you think?
