That mullet adds at least another 2hp to the whole setup for sure

Looks way fun! My MB200 with almost stock motor (open exhaust 18# valve springs 38T rear sprocket rejetted Hipa carb) gets 43mph but its turning 5200rpms. it's fast enough for this old man! Happy trails guys!

There’s complete Fat Cat for sale just up the road from me! I want it!

What do you guys think? $500 for Really nice Fat Cat in pretty much original condition, all the fenders and guards are in place, seat looks great!!?? Was the 6hp Tecumseh original equipment?

Yeah, he's flying! Look how fast he's going, man, he's nothing but a blur! Lmao. 😂 I can't wait to get my delivery from GoPowerSports tomorrow, because I get all my goodies for my Coleman CT200U-EX, which I bought a Tillotson 225cc Racing engine with 17+ HP! Ya Hoooooo!

That thing is going to be a rocket! I highly recommend a torque converter and a juggernaut driver. Make use of all that power!

Great video awesome swap I have the same 10 hp engine and I want to do the same carb. What did you have to do to remove the governor?
@hondayamahafan Жыл бұрын
Pull the side cover off the engine, remove the shaft, gear, weights, etc and plug the hole where the shaft went thru with jb weld putty

I've got an all original, near mint (has all the plastic shroud sections) lime green "Big Cat" that will eventually go on Ebay. My Heald Super Bronc has a factory 10 hp Tecumseh for all my horsepower needs and will do 45 mph no problem. How did you determine what size Mikuni carburetor to use? Anyway, that's a pretty cool modification you've done.
@hondayamahafan3 жыл бұрын
Are you on any of the mini bike Facebook groups? I'd love to see pictures of your bikes. DM me on Instagram @hondayamahafan Also I use Mikunis mostly because the throttle feel is much smoother. I just use a 22mm because it's roughly the same size venturi as the factory carb.

Front forks are on backwards. Flip em around and you'll be amazed how much better it handles 🤣
@hondayamahafan2 жыл бұрын
Seriously? Most of the pictures I've seen have them like this. Backward would put the fender way out in front

What is the engine diameter for the crank where the clutch or torque converter goes

How you got the throttle hooked up? I don’t get it. I have a 10hp tecumsuh and I don’t understand. Please help

@@hondayamahafan my problem is that It had a throttle hooked up but it broke, I just don’t understand how it previously hooked up to it before. kzbin.info/www/bejne/Z2fPgoKQe5iYbpYsi=60yb_iGMmh5gvn1c this link shows what I’m dealing with

What size Mikuni and did you have to do any jetting?
@hondayamahafan3 жыл бұрын
Vm22 and yes I had to jet it larger. 100 or 105 I think but I'm also at altitude

@@hondayamahafan i slapped a 30mm mikuni clone on my hm100 and it ran perfect with whatever jet is in it. Lots of torque and sounds like a harley. Put it on a baja warrior. Id love to find a big cat

Very nice! It's a fun bike. Very heavy though. The 6.5 that was on it was dead slow!
@roypatterson99103 жыл бұрын
Wow, that's all, 31 mph with a 10 hp engine! Lol. My Coleman CT200U-EX with a stock 6.5 hp engine does 31 mph, but I zip-tied the governor and cut off the throttle stop screw on the linkage, but that's all I did and it goes 31 mph.
@hondayamahafan3 жыл бұрын
This bike is much larger than a Coleman and geared much lower. More horsepower ≠ More speed
@skinnyboii16193 жыл бұрын
I had a flathead 98cc with a racing clutch and bigger carb. When I was a kid, my weight coupled with the small bike that engine was in with crazy tall gearing meant I could go 40mph, 45 downhill. Top speed isn't always that fun though. My current 6.0hp OHC Subaru mini bike only tops out at about 30mph even with some mods but it's built for trails so the top speed is irrelevant. That Subaru powered bike can wheelie/rip burnouts all day though
