You need a tarp at the height of the pen walls and long enough to go all around to the opposite side while leaving the exit uncovered. Then he'll find the hole out.

After raising hog on a Iowa pork farm for 20 years. I would say 250 is pretty conservative guess. I'm guessing 250- 375ish. 250 lbs is just a large feeder pig for market. This one is way bigger. Anyone else have a recent hog that they weighted in for comparison??

He definitely heavier than 250 probably closer to 275-280 I don’t think he would be pushing 300. Sold him to a hunting ranch west of me.

I feel that these pigs are still very small compared to the wild boars I meet in the wild. Wild boar can weigh up to 1 ton

Look y here let me try to poke this inside gate to stay open with a spindly rod. Then the hog closes it again. Then when i try to get the hog to go through gate into the pen i stand in front of it poking in front of it. Then someone else is in foreground that scares the pig from going in direction i want it to go. CMON HAVE SOME COMMON SENSE.
