Im not a big fan of the Rusted out Rat Rod's....i guess some are cool, but to see a Hot Rod like this with shinny paint and clean as a whistle, thats refreshing! She is a beauty Scottie.

Great build. I think it's hard for people to cubbyhole what Ricky builds. The street rodders seem to think it's a rat rod and the rat rodders think it doesn't have enough rust...but at the end of the day everybody thinks his builds are cool. Glad to see that you caught up with him.

The black car was cool he build before but this Big Booty Judy rocks - i mean, white? on a Hot Rod? Just awesome - Think Ricky`s sure one of the best Rod builders of these days. If this would be my car i`d love to have these alloy ww2 fighter seats in it - could look kinda cool in this car - man, i want this one... thx a lot for this video Scottie Would love to see a "make of" video of this or one of Rickys builds...

Oh my God, the things I would do to own a Ricky Bobby built rod like this! Man, can't work out weather I like his black ones or this white one more!! They're equally beautiful in either color. Has this guy got a eye for style or what? Would love to commission a build from him one day, and have it sent over here to Aust- it'd blow everyone away over here
I don't think simple is quite the right word for his work,he uses a lot of design elements from about three or four generations of hot rodding and makes it his own, kind of like an artist covering a song and making it their own. I think his work is a visual feast for the eyes and senses being both modern and nostalgic at the same time. I look at this car and it's pleasing and perplexing, awesome car!
