Check it out, the brakeman in the crash is my Grandfather James Anderton. I actually responded to this because I just found out a couple months ago the railroad restored the 4005 and have it on display in Colorado at the train museum. they have a annual festival and everything. Hoping to take my mother out from northern utah soon. It is the 70th anniversary of the crash and she was only 10yrs old. Kind of crazy we had no idea they had restored the train or there was such much interest in it.

The locomotive is great but I did see a sort of flaw, that scene where the coal man shovels in coal is inaccurate, this was done by a massive screw system that automatically fed coal into the fire box, because the firebox is extremely large

This was the last Minecraft Train Wreck Animation based on a real story I worked on in 2022 before moving on making more fictional based Minecraft Animation content. There will be a point where I’ll bring back these types of Minecraft Animations. One issue I have with my community requesting these, is this type of content takes a tremendous amount of effort and time.

The Kismet Train collision was recreated in a Minecraft Animation by CraftyFoxe however, a while ago I had plans about recreating the Southall Train Crash in a Minecraft Animation way back in 2021 although, the project was later ceased due to it’s production being too ambitious. In 2024, I am planning to bring back a select few realistic train crash Minecraft animations as there’s been a lack of these videos since 2022 and throughout 2023 because of how much I have fallen out of consistency with the fictional crap I’ve been doing lately as older audiences are getting tired of.

It can take a while because I have to accurately animate the wheels to match the train’s speed and the moving parts on the sides of these wheels. I also have added a detail of bogie articulation of this locomotive when it goes alongside the curve before it derails. The entire recreation isn’t exactly accurate as I wanted to make some differences like coal instead of oil.

Look everybody keeps requesting stuff of what I can animate next however, these Train Disaster Minecraft videos got me extremely burnt out that I stopped making them entirely due to horrendously long production times that I’ve felt boredom and exhaustion from doing them that I decided to do fiction instead for now as I feel passionate about making that content throughout 2022 to 2023 and so on with one Minecraft disaster animation coming up eventually.

Now one mistake, not trying to be rude here, but when the engineer tells the fireman to get more coal, there shouldnt be any coal because the model used is 4014's, which is now an oil burner, and therefore is not accurate to the real story.
