Not really, Shwetank. There have been multiple instances where you’ll find many developers trying to manage their funds like this. Real estate is a high ticket size industry in itself, so people have found loopholes. Not the first time :)

Hey, it’s not about one particular sector. Pls check Developer profile thoroughly before investing. Yet, we’ll still suggest you can never judge a book by its cover. There have been many developers who have had a rough past but they’ve emerged victorious out of the whole hassle. So you should just wait and watch.

@@user-xv5sq4qu1l as per me even that is not worth the risk to invest, for a commercial project to succeed , nearby ecosystem should be suitable. but as of now sector 94 lacks that. Stuck project of supertech, then ATS Knightsbridge, and now M3M, Not sure how this sector will attract footfalls needed for a so called premium commercial project to succeed.
