I've always loved Jun's journey here, wasn't too full of herself and her game ability, just knew what her optimal game move was at each point and carried it out cleanly. Even at her winner's speech, she didn't try that hard. She already knew she was winning and just wanted to go home at that point lol.

We’re get to Paras Season at some point down the road because her Jury Management was pretty good. And also this is the First time that the female final 2 performance is not a terrible one (Outside of Sarah Hanlon that perform pretty good due to the twist heavy for her) unlike we saw a terrible to mediocre (Maggie, Jordan, Rachel, Nicole, Jillian) final 2 female performance in the past.

This is actually my 2nd favorite out of the "old school" seasons (like 2-10) behind BB6. I'm not sure why I enjoyed it so much. I guess I just felt like two "villainous" women making final 2 was really interesting to see (probably another reason why I like BB6 a lot as well). The cast was just very dramatic and the gameplay was intense. Always thought it was interesting that they didn't have an ex from every person. It was a pretty trashy twist but I think it made the season as messy and fun to watch as it was.

BB6 is pretty much the peak of the female dominant winner in the history of all reality show up until Kim Spradlin did in 2012.

BB4 is probably one of my favourite pre-HD seasons, although there are a lot of ways it aged badly, like treatment of women, especially Alison's edit. I really like Jun as a player, but even more as a character. Alison isn't my favourite due to her poor social skills, but she had brains. Robert, on the other hand, was amazing socially and a good villain to root against. Erika was great. Jee was probably the frontrunner until final 6 and I think he could've become the 2nd place goat had Jun not discarded him so swiftly. Jack was a little too much for me and really he had no strategic standing, but he had a very high social profile. Justin and Nathan are classic cases of great players being early jury targets, although Nathan surely could've managed his position better. Dana was a mess, but thankfully her HoH didn't change this season for the worse. David is someone I wish we could've seen more on All Stars (although his sex machine edit was odd). Michelle was fun, but a good 2nd out. Similarly, Amanda was the most proper 1st out here. All in all I like this season, because it tells a great story, that ping pongs constantly and results in a top 2 with an alliance, which was created halfway into the game, but didn't run it. Even though you could see it from a mile away, it's only the late game competition wins that allowed for it exactly to happen. So happy that you posted this just as I'm finishing my rewatch

I used to look at this as an all time bad season largely due to me not liking the twist or most of the cast, however I did recently rewatch this season and I did not remember how many good moments this season had. Good video!

I always felt like I enjoyed BB4 more than the general online perception. I’m pretty sure the premiere of this season was the first episode of big brother I ever caught live on tv! Jun and Alison being the final 2 was a great culmination for the season! There were also some interesting things that happened along the way. Yes it definitely has a more negative tone than previous seasons, but I don’t mind that. And yes many comments and segments haven’t aged well.

Season 13 winner Rachel Reilly is best known for her "Floaters you better grab a life vest" quote from Season 12, where she mislabeled fellow houseguest Kristen Bitting as a floater rather than a coaster, which has led to the definition of the term "floater" to become misconstrued over time, as casual fans have mixed up the terms. Dr. Will was the floater of bb2 so you can't say bb3 was the first time a floater had any success. bb3 is the first time a coaster had success

Yeah, besides the final 2, most of these casts were either forgettable or awful human beings... The most shock I've had was with Erika. In the finals, she was super persistent on disliking Jun, and after that, they've shown her yikes moment about Jee. Idk, she just seemed to be petty with the only asian americans of the cast, that's weird and made me really unconfy... And we don't even talk about Robert, who was the whole package of unlikeability. VERY sexist, Gross, a pathological liar and arrogant (but that's a given, since everyone here was arrogant in some point). And his whole character arc of fatherhood and anti-alcoholism does not mesh well at all with his "I'm better then this bitches" ass attitude. Like, no man, you are not even close from being these good. I do get now why Erika dated him tho. They all kinda suck.... Yeah, between these awkward boring couple and the Mean Girl Façade, I'm Team Junison (not a shocker)

he did include Justin on BB2’s and he was at the very bottom, both him and Scott had similar strategic positions before they were expelled so I assume Scott will likely be last as well
