The time has come to say goodbye to our favourite venue from the past few years. The Embryo Phil's lake syndicate in Abingdon has been an amazing place to fish, with plenty of memories made. It's full of BIG carp! We hope to make a return one day, but for now we want to explore!

Great way to say goodbye nice 20 pounder in the net. Breakfast normally steak and eggs, with a few cups of tea. Dinner is normally left over homemade curry, rice and naan bread or left over homemade chilli with rice cheese and wraps in the autumn and winter. In the summer breakfast is the same but dinner is either Burgers with hash browns cheese a crispy bacon or a bbq. But evening drinks always the same good old thatchers.

Standard sausage barm for the morning. Evening, chicken tikka pizza on the ridge monkey. Garlic naan, smoother in tikka masala sauce. Chicken some chicken tikka slices, sprinkle of cheese and pop it in the rm for 5 minutes. Absolutely stunning. Excellent vid as always lads

Most of the time my breakfast is cheese sandwich on the pan slightly warm with an egg or two. My lunch around 1pm is a boneless chicken tights x2 with some salt and black peppers with egg rice, and evening I love to go deep and make noodles with some veggies and small pieces chicken meat all that with sauce. Switching the sauce every time. This is my meals for 24hr session , 3 meals in a day 👌

Great video as usual. Food wise I take plenty of pre cooked bacon and sausage in silver foil to heat up on the bank with some buttered rolls. This does me through out the day. Couple of dark fruit ciders to relax into the night. Looking forward to your new adventures, keep them coming.

I always have a nice omelette with lardons & a steak for dinner. I’m carnivore so only eat meat products. But you can’t beat a omelette & steak 🥩 🥚

Great video! My confidence in Zigs isn't great at all, but I have been making an effort to use them more often as they clearly work! I am not much of a breakfast guy but when I do fancy it on the bank, I just warm up some pastries in my ridgemonkey pan. Dinner is abit more complicated, I like to buy some ready made pizza dough (rolled up). Unroll it, stick my toppings on, roll it all up again like a massive swiss roll.
