Every venue that boat needs calibrating. Before saying the boats goes where it wants maybe work out how to use it. The boat you use is bottom of the range in the boat world but it can still give you the edge. Just look into using it first before bringing the negativity into the world. I remember when the hair rig very 1st came out what a game changer that was. I was about 14cat the time and should have been at school but the allure of the carp was too great.im 57 now and still totally hooked lol

I'd definitely buy some big old worms from willy. Can't beat them.

There’s quite a few gudgeon in there mate, as far as they go some are actually pretty big! I used to catch loads at the dam end (opposite end to the gate in the corner where the iris are!

Worms and maggots worms for hook bait and feed in the maggots wanting to get on the canals a lot more to try and get some other species in the net and weight them :)

I'd get worms, chop them up and mix them with a ground bait and put then in a pva bag. The ground bait soaks up all the juices frkm the worms.

I would use maggots tied to a Wafter with a PVA mesh bag with maggots in , nice vlog mate keep it up

Venue looks really nice and I would spend the £25 on some lovely reds and I like a small pva bag of maggots with a spinner rig with a 12mm pop up with maggots super glued around the pop up
