WILD TRAVELS is a series on PBS stations celebrating the uniqueness of America in its unusual, eccentric, and downright quirky people, places and events.
When we shot this segment, we weren’t aware that this sanctuary for big cats would eventually be featured in one of the most bizarre and widely watched documentary series in Netflix history. And we had no reason to suspect anything heinous had taken place here, but it certainly was...wild.
