Just bought two of these bad boys today for trolling up here in Canada for Musky. I own the 7’6” and love it . I anticipate trolling next season will be awesome with these rods. You could pretty much market these as musky rods

Just ordered the 9.6 should be here in a couple days. I just started using circles this year and noticed how big the difference is with the softer tip. Wish me luck keep up the good work Chad!

Catfish Edge yep i got them and finally used man they are sweet very light weight and I can cast further than i could on my old 10 footers. Ordered some whisker seeker octo circles and they are very sharp out of the pack i would say more sharp than the team catfish circles. Thanks again Chad. Wish you were in this area to help get some regs changed in ky before they destroy the catfish population.

Thanks for making all these videos. New subscriber here. Had a quick question. My dad gave me a old rod he had it's a Master blackfinn 21. 6ft 6-15lb salt water rod. Can I use it in freshwater and if so what fish would it work best for? Thanks again and hoping for some help here.

Hey! awesome looking rod. Do you think it would be a bit too stiff with the fast action for big carp? worried about pulling the hook. As far as i know these longer rods are not offered in moderate fast action? Would be great.

chad i love the new rod and im almost sold on it but here in south arkansas we fish fast dam waters and deep currents with blue cats often over 30 plus lbs often when the spawn is in ide love to see how the rod works in some current waters with some nice size fish thanks !!!

Just got one ,it's great... my only beef is when using a abu 7000 the line was dragging the top of the 1st eye ever so slightly. if the eyelet was a tad bigger it wouldn't touch. ...with the 6500 it works perfect

Catfish Edge, the reason I asked is when I tried a 7000 series C3 on one of the many 7.6 wst rods I have, the back reel bracket didn't fit right and interfered with the finger grip.
