love the car, what y’all are doing with it, & the way y’all compete with it! been watching y’all compete against the whole mcfarland crew for years now. i gotta know for the love of god though.. why don’t y’all bring the front wheels out to flush up with the fenders & give a better wheel fitment? i can’t think of how that wouldn’t help with y’all’s aerodynamics. i just can’t see how tucking the wheel way in & creating a giant cavity for air to create resistance pockets in the front of the car helps y’all in any way other than maybe handling. idk. i’m a welder/fitter/fabricator; not an engineer. just my 2 cents

how does airflow work with that front end and the air to air cooler?
@brett_lasala Жыл бұрын
For the 6 seconds were on a pass the IC is mostly acting as a heat sink. The ambient air flow will not have much cooling affect in this short amount of time. I believe the aero advantage is greater.

Can you ask plazmaman why the port placements on that intake manifold are so fucking awful? On a LS they are basically on top of the steam ports. There is so much real estate on the back side that could be drilled/tapped/plugged so that it is more user friendly especially for us LS guys.

@Antoine_99 Жыл бұрын
@@chuxshed587 open grilles aren’t as important as you think, factory cars cool very well and you’ll notice most factory cars have most of the grille blocked off with a small section for air flow offset from the intake.
