I am a big fan of Pontiacs (GTO's, Trans Am's, etc) and I really like the crow. I have been watching street outlaws for about 2 years now. I really like the show because I like fast cars and because it takes me back to my youth when we did similar things (not me cuz I never had nice fast cars but my friends did). What I don't like about the show is that it glamorizes what is essentially an illegal and quite honestly dangerous activity. Some of my former classmates in high school died doing this stuff. I wish they would show them racing on a race track so that kids out there understand that is the proper place for this activity....not civilian roads where lots of people can get hurt.

Lots of confusion here but I can see why. I'll try to help. First this video was posted up in 2014, it has nothing to do with what's going on in 2017 except we now know this car is wrecked and has given up some parts to be part of the new one. Yes, they always admitted this car is a LeMans with a GTO clip, but honestly, there is no way to know without checking the VIN. I've owned several myself and they are identical. The new car is (was) an actual GTO. A couple other things I noticed, this video when the car is at the track it has a chrome rear bumper and the street shots at the end it has a black one. Also the turbos are mounted in front of the engine, it the recent video of the new car they are mounted beside the engine. I believe that was the set up on the original Crow later in its life before the big crash.

Those exhaust tips pointing down makes the car lift up when it is initially taking off, an engineer might say having them point upward, will help keep the nose of the car down, yet no one seems to ever point them up, always down, weird.

The Crow was a 1969 Pontiac LeMans, not a GTO! And something similar to this would be the Pontiac Tempest! Even up to 1972 it will look exactly like the crow!

Barbie Eichorn The Le Mans is always easier to find, GTO's are usually very rare today due to being highly sought after, this is why you will find more clones, even with Z28 Camaro's, SS Chevelles, Shelby and Saleen Mustangs, Even with Chryslers they will build clones! I had sent them an email before he bought Crow Mod about a Pontiac, it was a 1970-ish Tempest on ebay for $3500 with the 455 in it all original with low miles, told him would be great family build for their kids to learn and call it "The Knight", soon after "Next Day" it was sold, it was from Penn State! But who knows what happened to it, maybe he bought it up! Maybe he will build it for his kid if he bought it! The car needed very little body work, but did need new paint and interior and had the famous 455! But I used to know someone with a All Original 1969 or 1970 Pontiac GTO "The Judge" and it was a clean car, had a few highway chips on the nose from driving, but in the mid 1990's he had paid like $8k for it with like 35k miles on it! Hell my mom used to have a Mint 1968 GTX Convertible with the 440 they bought for $400 because it had a blown motor the same year the guy purchased it, he bought it in California blew it up in Indiana "there are only 560 or so that were built that year with 440"! She also had a 1969 Ford Fairlane "Cobra" with 428 Cobra Jet in Mint condition with blue shag carpet! But had they kept them they would have been rich from a Barretts Auction! Both were Mint Numbers Matching Factory cars!

Barbie Eichorn I am into chevy's, fords and chryslers! When it comes to Old Schools, I would take a 1968 Chevy Chevelle SS396 all day, 1961 Bel Air or Impala Bubble Top with 327 or 427! Or a 2016 Boss 302 Mustang with the 435hp version! The Monte Carlo's well the 1980's era were the best, my grandmother had a 1988 SS and she would baby it! When it comes to looking for a Lemans, it will be pretty hard, but a Tempest "Same Body Style" can be found easier which would make a great crow replica! They also came with 455's which as you should is the Big Block he uses to race with! But for a Pontiac I would be more into the 1970's TransAm with 455 SD! But a 1971 with 350 small block for $14k is right here!
