Join the crew on a gorgeous Wisconsin spring day as we pour a large concrete driveway. We had a brand new concrete mixer truck driver but he wasn't bad at all! Everything went well except we needed to postpone the patio pour due to the mud. Enjoy

The relief on that driver's face when you told him he was doin a good job! Ryan does so many great things for other people but it's the small gestures like telling a new guy he's doing a good job that really make me love this channel. He really cares about people and does his best to take care of others, especially his workers or just other people he recognizes are working hard. We need to really highlight and appreciate people like Ryan, they are great examples for our young people in a world where these values are more-and-more less commonplace.

Ryan, dude, I gotta say, you seem to be having a LOT more fun this year. You can tell the stress is gone with getting rid of the dead weight. They were such a constant drain on you, you were constantly worried about what debacle he was going to cause next. Your mental health has improved a lot, and it shows. Ryan, that truck bout getting stuck made me think of a time when front discharge trucks first came around, the truck got bogged down. I thought it was over, he was done. That truck made a few clunking sounds and no joke the truck spun and threw mud up in the air as he was backing out. I was a very impressed man that day.
