Will RODI water kill coral or stress out them when using in bansaw

RODI is fine for Zoas and LPS, but SPS will die if they come in contact with it. Buf a few polys always die during a fragging process even without RODI water

Do you suppose to use RODI when cutting coral? I thought it suppose to be saltwater.

RODI water works best because, while the blade shouldn't rust, it keeps the other components away from corrosive saltwater too.

I think the real selling point for this saw is that it doesn't recirculate the cooling water through the saw. It's a really neat design to keep the saw itself clean and functioning as intended for years to come.
